09/01/13 let's just say the quilting of this leaves a lot to be desired. Don't use Birch quilting needles, they are crap and skip stitches. I did manage to get most of it quilted problem free however, The Janome disliked them immensely. As a result of this I have used some " patches" appliquéd on using a satin stitch like zigzag. It actually looks ok and as the thread is the same colour as the back it's quite effective.
